Our fully qualified factory trained engineering staff are widely experienced in the maintenance of Eurocopter helicopters and currently maintain mixed fleets of aircraft utilised in a wide variety of mission roles at the various locations.
With local capability to carry out deep maintenance on dynamic components and composite rotor blades AA can provide maintenance packages up to turn key service to suit every need.
Dynamic Components R&O
Australian Aerspace is reconized as the Eurocopter Center of Excellence for the Asia pacific region for AS350, AS355 and AS365 Dynamic Component Overhaul. The overhaul is fully approved and supported by Eurocopter and all work is carried out by Eurocopter factory trained and quilifed technicians.
Additional services such as Non destructive Testing (NDT), Magnetic Particl Inspection (MPI) and Eddy Current testing methods are also performed by this section

Rotor Blade R&O
Australian Aerspace is reconized as the Eurocopter Center of Excellence for Rotor Blade (SA330, SA341, AS350, AS355, AS365 and EC120) repair in the Asia pacific region and have an extensive range of Rotor Blade repair schemes and overhaul services available for Eurocopter rotor blades in the Australian facility at Bankstown Airport in Sydney. Services available include skin repairs, leading edge replacements, polyurethane tape replacements, repainting and static balancing of blades.
